YES!!! I did it!! And YOU are here too!! I'm grateful to be here and I'm honored you are here.

Ok. I'm new to blogging and have just lost my blogging-virginity today! Wow! Thanks April!!!Feeling excited and overwhelmed, and have the sweaty arm pits to prove it. I feel like I've just entered into a room where a party is already in full swing or a convention center where all the vendors are all set up and offering their wares. Feeling overwhelmed and a bit unsure where to go first or what to do.

So I thought and felt the best thing to do would be to post my first post. What a great way to get into the swing of blogging!! Right?! And get oriented with what blogger is all about.

So let's see. Would you like to know why I finally decided to start this blog site???

I've finally decided to commit to writing and to take the plunge in publicly expressing it. I admit I harbor the fear of putting myself "out there" so I thought this would be a great way to overcome that fear. Or perhaps I'm just feeling the fear and doing it anyway.

I'd love to share my thoughts and ideas with you; try out my writing style; discover what it is; and see what works and what doesn't. Won't know if I don't try right?

My deepest desire is to publish what I am calling my "EPIC NOVEL". I'd ultimately love to write a book that changes the world and help shape the way people perceive the world and others around them for the greatest and highest good of all. It has to be highly entertaining and captivating as well. It's a deep inner calling. Ideas for this novel are beginning to pour in. I may post snippets of it here, in which case you as my audience would be the first to read it and give me feedback and constructive input.

For now I'll post stories, or more correctly "writings", that just seem to pop into my mind or that come to me as dreams. And as dreams go, these writings won't be a complete story but would express what I've experienced in my dreams. We'll see where this goes.
